Opening Doors for Austin
Opening Doors for You
Real Estate education and assistance to take you to the next level in life, be it your First Home, Family Home, Luxury Home, Retirement Home, Investments and Pre=foreclosure Properties in Travis, Williamson & Hays Counties
Hello and welcome! My name is Susan Joiner. I’m a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas with Keller Williams Realty, representing homebuyers, sellers and investors in Greater Austin (Travis, Hays and Williamson Counties) and beyond. My goal is to give you the best education and service you can imagine to take you to the next level of life.
I’m a native Texan and have lived in Austin since 1979. I’ve been licensed in real estate since 1994. I chose residential real estate because heart and hearth go together. Helping people in the purchase or sale of their home gives me an opportunity to know them on a personal level, one of the most rewarding aspects of this business.
I’ve always felt that real estate is, first and foremost, about helping people. That’s why a big portion of my business is focused on education. Among other things, I offer free seminars to first-time homebuyers, so that they can gain the information and understanding necessary to make good choices in today’s market.
I also focus a substantial part of my time helping people who have experienced a significant hardship in life and have fallen behind on their mortgage. (See the "Freedom from Foreclosure" link at the lower left of this page). And I contribute to a “Loans for Community Heroes” program to give the servants of our community a break on their home purchase. Both of these programs open doors for Austinites that might otherwise remain shut.
